<p><strong><u>Structural Designer (f/m/d)</u></strong></p> <p>We have a great contract with Airbus Defence and Space (AIR MAS), located in Manching South Germany. Fantastic opportunity for experienced Structure Designers, wishing to step up to the next level with Airbus and a interest in winter sports.</p> <p>The position is located in the Eurodrone MALE RPAS (Medium Altitude Long Endurance Remotely Piloted Aircraft System) program. The jobholder works as a Structural Designer (f/m/d) who mainly supports Structural Design Level 1 activities. This includes :</p> <ul> <li>Generating models and drawings of aircraft general arrangements</li> <li>Support management of interfaces</li> <li>Support of the digital mock up (DMU)</li> <li>Report to the local design integration manager</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong><br /> Ability to respond to rapid changes in daily activities and priorities<br /> Good communication skills with an ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment</p> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Required Studies</strong><br /> Engineering at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Required Experience</strong><br /> Design Engineer at least 2 years<br /> Construction at least over 2 years<br /> Experience with aircraft structures is required<br /> Basic knowledge about MALE RPAS aircraft type, its mission and operating environment is mandatory</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills<br /> Experience with CAD tools (CATIA V5, DDMS 3D Experience, VPM) is a must have</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German knowledge is a plus<br /> </p> <p><strong>Legal</strong>: EU or NATO country passport is mandatory</p>
