<p><strong>Designer (m/w/d) for Helicopter Ground Handling</strong></p> <p>We have a superb job located at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. This is a great opportunity for a ground handling specialist to step up to the next level.</p> <p>The department takes care of the life of the helicopter on the ground with the motto "Maintenance is<br /> critical to helicopter performance and safety". The job provides in-depth insights,<br /> since maintenance tools and the ground functions interface with all systems: dynamic<br /> Systems (gear, blades, controls, ...), structure and interior and exterior equipment (landing gear,<br /> winch, FLIR, radar, air conditioning, ...). GSE activities and Ground Handling are of great<br /> Importance as helicopter deliveries, daily operations and maintenance of the helicopters<br /> depend on their availability.</p> <p><br /> Your workplace will be in Donauwörth and focus mainly on the helicopter programs<br /> Get H135/H145/NH90/Tiger.</p> <p><br /> The job holder works as a Designer (m/f/d) for Helicopter Ground Handling and takes over<br /> the following tasks:</p> <ol> <li>Development, qualification and series support of floor functions</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Assistance in the development of ground functions (ATAs 07/08/09/10: sea, air androad transport, towing, parking, lashing, etc.)</li> <li>Support in the definition of ground service equipment (special tools used by end customers for helicopter maintenance work and handling are needed)</li> <li>Creation and approval of technical specifications</li> <li>Management of external suppliers, manufacturers and service providers</li> <li>Organizing validation tests on series and prototype helicopters (test preparation,execution and result analysis)</li> <li>Finding a solution Ensuring the completeness and harmonization of the delivered technical documents</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Structured and independent way of working<br /> High sense of responsibility<br /> Ability and motivation to work with other departments (e.g. development, flight test, ...)<br /> to work together</p> <p><br /> <strong>Please submit the CV in English and German (use Google translate)</strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Required qualifications</strong><br /> Engineering at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Mechanical engineering at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> State-certified mechanical engineering technician with experience in product development and<br /> project management background</p> <p><br /> <strong>Work experience</strong><br /> Design Engineer at least 3 years<br /> Engineering at least over 3 years<br /> Product development at least over 5 years<br /> Project management at least over 3 years</p> <p><br /> <strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Catia V4 at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Catia V5 at least knowledge of detailed functions</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German and French an advantage</p> <p><strong>Required other qualifications</strong><br /> Many years of experience in product development<br /> project management background<br /> Knowledge of the product safety law and CE guidelines is desired</p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>You will need a valid EU Passport, if not available, we can help you with a Work Permit</p> <p><strong>Additional information </strong></p> <p>https://welcome-center-germany.com/category/lifestyle/munich/</p> <p>https://www.donauwoerth.de/tourismus</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
