About this role
<p>The job is with Europe's largest OEM in South Germany, and there is only 1 vacancy</p> <p>The jobholder works as an I<strong>ntegration & Test Engineer Simulation (f/m/d)</strong> and the main tasks are:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Perform the integration of the assigned functional models and software artifacts in the VE reference simulation, following the Continuous Integration - Continuous Delivery (CI-CD) principles</li> <li>Support the JMO System Engineering team with the definition of sim-specific test cases, prepare and execute the associated test scripts</li> <li>Generate, review, accept model interface specification and associated change requests Support (remotely and on-site) the JMO Design Architects and the Model Development Teams with regard to model design, development and pre-integration activities (e.g. bug investigation)</li> <li>Support the Eurodrone System Design and IV Test Center with regard to design verification and IV frontloading activities (e.g. L1 testing on hybrid benches)</li> <li>Make daily use of the VE collaboration space (based on Confluence and Jira) for an effective communication and reporting of the ongoing activities and issues</li> <li>Master the JMO dev-ops tool chain for model integration and testing, contribute to its roll-out and improvement among the model suppliers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Very good communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and self-motivated</li> <li>You are able to work in big teams and are an excellent team player</li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Required educational requirements</strong><br /> Electrical engineering at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Computer science at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Engineering at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><br /> <strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills<br /> Knowledge of Bash, Python or C/C++ is required<br /> Knowledge of SysML/UML architecture & tools are required<br /> Knowledge of Windows and Linux is required<br /> Knowledge of Agile / Lean methodologies and related tools are required<br /> Knowledge of 3rd generation of software version control systems are highly appreciated</p> <p><br /> <strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German, Spanish and French language skills are beneficial</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of avionics system integration<br /> and testing required<br /> Experience in execution of test procedures and test result documentation is necessary</p> <p><strong>Required knowledge</strong><br /> Experience with CI/CD or DevOps tools is highly appreciated</p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>Ideally you hold a valid EU passport, if no EU passport we will sponsor excellent candidates for a work permit.</p> <p>Sorry, Countries at odds with western Europe should not apply, at this time until the situation changes</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other Information</strong></p> <p><a href="https://welcome-center-germany.com/category/lifestyle/munich/" rel="no-follow">Munich - Welcome Center Germany (welcome-center-germany.com)</a></p> <p><a href="https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Tourism-g1586623-Taufkirchen_Upper_Bavaria_Bavaria-Vacations.html" rel="no-follow">Taufkirchen 2022: Best of Taufkirchen, Germany Tourism - Tripadvisor</a></p> <p> </p>
