<p><u><strong>Commercial & Contracts Officer (d/m/w)</strong></u></p> <p>We have a great opportunity for Commercial & Contracts professionals with Airbus Defence and Space (AIR SAT) located in Taufkirchen, Germany. This is a great opportunity for those interested to step up to the next level, and with a interest in winter sports.</p> <p>The job holder works as a Commercial & Contracts Officer (d/m/f) and the main tasks are:</p> <ul> <li>Leading and managing the preparation of the offer, from the strategy meeting to for final validation before handover to the customer.</li> <li>Through sales planning and management of the proposal project and proposal team, including coordinating the necessary partners, an offer is prepared that includes the technical (e.g. statement of work) and/or commercial (e.g. price, risks, terms and conditions) aspects (e.g. price, risks, terms and conditions).</li> <li>Preparation of offers and timely preparation of the commercial and contractual part of the Offers and submission of the total offer Calculation of the offer prices based on the financial specifications of the business line (if necessary in Cooperation with the Cost Engineering department)</li> <li>Ensuring alignment with customer expectations and fulfillment of internal and external regulations (legal regulations, export control, ethics & compliance etc.)</li> <li>Securing, participation or creation of internal approval documents in cooperation with the project management</li> <li>Processing of the T&Cs and commercial questions of the customer contract, as well as support of sales and PMO in the different phases of the acquisition process (including negotiation). any commercial and/or contractual issues that may arise Creation or review of further contract documents: NDAs; ATP's; contract changes; license agreements; Cooperation agreements (possibly in coordination with Legal)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The ability of a person in a team to work on tasks together, mutually support and the willingness to make compromises</li> <li>Independent, structured and result-oriented work, for a fast and direct target achievement</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Required studies</strong><br /> Business administration at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor degree<br /> or<br /> Economics at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor degree<br /> or<br /> Business law at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor degree</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Contract management for at least 4 years<br /> Calculation and offer experience, as well as experience in the creation and testing of contracts<br /> </p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German will be of advantage<br /> Business fluent English</p> <p><strong>Legal:</strong> EU or NATO country passport is mandatory.
