<p><u><strong>Development Engineer (m/w/d) Airframe Design</strong></u></p> <p>We have a very rare, and prestigious contract with Airbus Helicopters Deutschland (ECD) as a Development Engineer (m/w/d) Airframe Design located at Donauwörth. This would be a great opportunity for anyone interested in Airframe Design, a step up to the next level with Airbus - and a interest in winter sports.</p> <p>The job holder works as a Development Engineer (m/f/d) Airframe Design and takes over the following tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Creation of designs and constructive studies for helicopter cells in the legacy area and partly for new developments</li> <li>3D modelling and 2D drafting with CATIA V5 (V4 in some cases), as well</li> <li>Modifications of existing models and drawings</li> <li>Participation in the preparation of approval processes in the airframe area</li> <li>If appropriate: Technical coordination of smaller multidisciplinary tasks for the</li> <li>Further development and modification of the legacy helicopter cells</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Team player<br /> Flexible<br /> Able to learn, quick learner</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Required studies</strong><br /> Engineering at least technician/ business administrator<br /> or<br /> Aerospace at least technician/ business administrator<br /> or<br /> Mechanical engineering at least technician/ business administrator</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Design at least over 3 years</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Catia V5 at least detailed. special skills<br /> Good knowledge of 3D modelling and 2D drafting<br /> Knowledge of Google Suite and Windchill would be an advantage</p> <p>Linguistic proficiency<br /> German would be of advantage<br /> English at least well versed</p> <p><strong>other qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Good knowledge regarding the construction of assemblies including the associated</li> <li>Tolerance management and the interface conditions when joining e.g. metal and fibre composite components</li> <li>Knowledge in the field of manufacturing technologies for the corresponding metallic and fibre composite based components</li> <li>Experience in the field of metal and ideally fiberecomposite components</li> <li>Desirable experience specifically for primary and secondary structural components (cladding components, flaps, doors, opening and closing mechanisms) in the area</li> <li>Airframe or in comparable areas</li> <li>Knowledge of configuration and product data management for technical</li> <li>Changes and new developments</li> <li>Longer experience in the design office</li> </ul> <p><strong>Legal: </strong>EU or NATO country passport mandatory</p>
