<p><u><strong>AOG Desk & Inventory Manager for the A320 Customer Line (d/f/m) - Hamburg</strong></u></p> <p>We have a exciting contract as a AOG Desk & Inventory Manager for the A320 Customer Line, in Hamburg North Germany. Great way to write history with Airbus, for the most successful regional aircraft in European aviation history.</p> <p><strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Desk & Inventory Manager for the A320 customer line. They will source and supply urgently needed aircraft parts which are not available in the local stocks and warehouses. Fully accountable to secure the fastest material solution in collaboration with different functions; other<br /> to balance and to prioritize the daily workload within the respective shift Closely monitor estimated shipping dates with Procurement, Supply Chain and Aircraft maintenance operations.</p> <p><br /> Logistically, track and trace specific critical part shipments and expedite delivery of parts to required point of usage Prepare and contribute to all relevant day-to-day routines to ensure swift, transparent and effective communication<br /> Manage crisis situations to limit negative impact on the customer line and delivery of the aircraft to our customers<br /> Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PCC and be part of project related topics</p> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Willing to work in a two shift system<br /> High-tuned communication, presentation & influencing skills towards all management levels - internally and externally<br /> Autonomous, proactive spirit, pragmatic mindset with strong problem solving skills<br /> A high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness to represent the relevant interests</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Please note that we accept CVs that are more than 3 months old at the time of offering are, cannot take into account!</strong></em></p> <p>Estimated interview dates are planned from week 11.<br /> <br /> <strong>Vocational training</strong><br /> Commercial training at least vocational training with long Experience<br /> or<br /> Forwarding clerk at least vocational training with long Experience</p> <p><strong>Required Studies</strong><br /> Economics at least Bachelor's degree<br /> Experience<br /> Aerospace at least over 2 years<br /> Supply Chain / Logistics at least over 3 years</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Google Workspace an advantage</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent German<br /> Business fluent English<br /> French an advantage</p> <p><strong>Other qualifications</strong><br /> Experience in logistic processes is an advantage<br /> Airbus experience an advantage<br /> Experience in an international environment is an advantage<br /> Experience in shipping dangerous goods would be an advantage<br /> </p>
