How you like to start a new and superb lucrative contract, in beautiful South Germany this Easter with Airbus&nbsp; ?</p> <p><strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> International Recruiting: This position is primarily advertised for international profiles.<br /> The job holder works as a helicopter electrician (m/f/d). The task is divided in detail as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Integrate cable bundles and equipment to assemble the aircraft conducting self-examinations</li> <li>Using manual tools or using machines or test tools for assembly of components</li> <li>Finishing of the cable bundles cable routing</li> <li>Harness installation, integration and modification of electrical wires during the helicopter pre-assembly MCA.</li> <li>Ability to work independently according to shop documentations, manufacturing instructions, technical notes, technical drawings and work orders.</li> <li>To perform wire stripping, crimping, welding, testing &amp; wire routing.</li> <li>To perform a quality self-inspection of the proceeded operations and ability to review the work of others.</li> <li>Use of manual tools and test tools to assemble components.</li> <li>Evaluate bonding measurements.</li> <li>Installation of electrical components, connectors, clamps and brackets.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The following knowledge and qualifications are required:</strong><br /> Completed apprenticeship as an electrician (d/f/m) or comparable<br /> Must have 3-5 years experience installing and assembling electrical systems, preferably on aircrafts.<br /> Read technical drawings, shop documentation, manufacturing instructions &amp; technical notes<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Teamwork, resilience and flexibility<br /> High quality awareness and compliance with safety regulations in an aviation company<br /> Careful operation<br /> Daily dealings with aviation standards, instructions and regulations.<br /> Awareness to work in a sensitive aircraft production environment.<br /> Willingness to work variable shifts<br /> Able to work in a team setting as well as independently &amp; responsible.</p> <p><br /> <strong>Required vocational training</strong><br /> Electrician at least vocational training<br /> or<br /> Electronics technician for aeronautical engineering<br /> Systems (aircraft electronics technician) at least vocational training<br /> or<br /> Electrical engineering/electronics at least vocational training</p> <p><strong>Required Experience</strong><br /> Electrics at least over 3 years<br /> Electrical engineering/electronics at least over 3 years<br /> Manufacturing / production at least over 3 years</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German would be of advantage<br /> English at least advanced</p> <p><strong>Required other qualifications</strong><br /> Experience in the aviation industry would be an advantage<br /> Experience in dealing with construction documents and circuit diagrams<br /> Reading work orders and drawings</p>
