<p><strong><u>Dynamic System Stress Engineer (m/w/d)</u></strong></p> <p>We have an exciting contract  as Dybnamic System Stress Engineer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland (ECD) (ECD), located in Donauwörth. South Germany. Great opportunity for anyone interested to work with Airbus, to step up to the next level with a interest in winter sports.</p> <p>For Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth we are looking for a rotor system strength department Engineer for parts of the dynamic system and has the opportunity to work in a international and diverse environment. The job holder (m/f/d) will be part of a team responsible for the analysis of rotor blades,metallic rotor parts, engine integration, flight controls and hydraulics for various Helicopters (H135, H145, Tiger and others). The job holder works as a Dynamic System Stress Engineer (m/f/d) and will take on the following Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Dimensioning, analysis and proof of components of the dynamic system under</li> <li>Consideration of weight and performance aspects</li> <li>Carrying out static calculations and service life analyses for metal and</li> <li>Fibre composite components using analytical methods and FE analyses</li> <li>Definition, supervision and evaluation of tests</li> <li>Evaluation of quality reports and construction deviations</li> <li>Proof of repairs and changes in the production process</li> <li>Monitoring of flight test campaigns</li> <li>Answering customer questions and investigating operational incidents</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements</strong><br /> Self-motivated and independent way of working with good communication skills<br /> Own initiative and willingness to work in a team in a transnational environment with diverse people<br /> Interfaces to other disciplines</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Required Studies</strong><br /> Engineering at least Masters / Diploma / Bachelor degree<br /> or<br /> Aerospace at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor degree</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German would be of advantage<br /> Business fluent English</p> <p><strong>Required Experience</strong><br /> Stress engineer</p> <p><strong>Other qualifications</strong><br /> Experience with common analytical strength methods (e.g. HSB, Bruhn, ESDU, Roark & Young)<br /> Good knowledge of FEM (Hypermesh, Optistruct, NASTRAN, ABAQUS)<br /> Experience with fatigue analysis<br />  </p> <p><strong>Legal</strong>: EU or NATO passport mandatory</p>
