<p><strong>Job description and tasks</strong></p> <p>The organizational unit "Airplane Doors Design" is responsible for all design activities in the area of</p> <p>Airplane Doors. The main focus here is on continuous series support, which sustainable further development of existing products as well as the development of new competitive door systems.</p> <p>The job holder(s) works as a Harness Designer (m/f/d) Airplane Doors and takes over the following</p> <p>Tasks:</p> <p>Design &amp; Construction and pre-design&nbsp;in close coordination with the statics and production</p> <p>Conception and investigation of design principles taking into account manufacturing and cost aspects within the framework of customer specifications and approval regulations</p> <p>Selection of suitable materials and material combinations</p> <p>Detailed design as well as creation of construction documents (models, drawings, parts lists) according to Regulations of the aircraft manufacturer. Creation and processing of change requests (change notes / change requests). Support of sample testing and preparation of relevant approval documents Support of series start-ups and series programs of aircraft components incl.
