About this role
<p>Zenon is delighted to be supporting a fast expanding and very well-established rotary wing operator and maintenance provider to recruit a AS350TR Chief Pilot for their HQ based in Saudi Arabia.</p> <p> </p> <p>The successful candidate will be overall responsible for supervising the pilots and their professional standards.</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities: -</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring compliance with the company’s health, safety, and environmental policies.</li> <li>Development and coordination of training programs</li> <li>Qualification, training and checking of line pilots.</li> <li>Assess and maintain aircrew training records and reports.</li> <li>Undertake line flying duties as a Line & Lead Pilot.</li> <li>Maintaining operating standards for nominated helicopter types.</li> <li>Review of Operations Manuals and other relevant company policies and documents</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Minimum Skills and Experience: -</p> <p>• Minimum 3000 hrs total time rotorcraft</p> <p>• Valid & Current CPL-H & medical (GACA, EASA, FAA, CASA, TC); ATPL-H preferred</p> <p>• Instrument Rating</p> <p>• Instruction experience; Check pilot/Check Airman/FI/TRI-E or equivalent</p> <p>• AS350 type rating and experience</p> <p>• Minimum ELPT 5</p> <p>• Previous management experience, preferably with a Part 135/121 operator, or equivalent</p> <p>• Firm knowledge of GACARs Part 135, 133, 91, 61; or equivalent</p> <p>• Ideally previous corporate services experience</p> <p>• Customer service orientated with the ability to work within a group environment</p> <p>• Strong communication and leadership skills</p> <p>• Experience in desert and mountainous areas is a preferred but not essential</p> <p>• Aerial work experience is a preferred but not essential</p> <p>• Remote Area Experience is a preferred but not essential</p> <p> </p> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Excellent salary Accommodation, transportation, schooling, relocation allowances and medical insurance provided.</li> </ul> <p>Why Choose Zenon Aviation?</p> <p>In the ever changing and dynamic marketplace, Zenon Aviation knows that the support and care we provide to our pilots is vital in assisting you in achieving your career aspirations.
