Great opportunity for Sales and Marketing digital Managers to step up to the next level with Airbus.</p> <p><strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The jobholder (f/m/d) works as a Manager Digital Sales and Marketing Collaboration and the main tasks are:</p> <ul> <li>Business requirements management</li> <li>Identifying, capturing, analyzing and documenting sales and marketing business application requirements</li> <li>Liaising with Information Management (IM) regarding application development and change</li> <li>Managing the sales and marketing business application landscape and lifecycle</li> <li>Ensuring appropriate quality of deliverables business modelling</li> <li>Ensuring proper modelling of business and process support in sales and marketing applications</li> <li>Business application development roadmap</li> <li>Planning and managing changes to and enhancements of sales and marketing business applications functionalities</li> <li>Ensuring strategic fit of business applications roadmap for company and departmental goals</li> <li>Project management</li> <li>Being accountable for proper application of project management methodologies for respective projects</li> <li>Ensuring consistent delivery on time, cost and quality of respective projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong><br /> Work-structured and a problem-solving mentality<br /> Strong professional communication and team working skills<br /> Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic competences<br /> Interested in digitalization and change management</p> <p><br /> <strong><em>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</em></strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Required Studies</strong><br /> Business administration at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor course<br /> or<br /> Economics at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor degree</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Access at least detailed. special skills<br /> MS Excel at least detailed. special skills<br /> MS Word at least detailed. special skills<br /> SAP at least detailed special skills</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German language skills would be a plus</p> <p><strong>Required Experience</strong><br /> Experience in Information Systems, Sales, Marketing or equivalent is necessary<br /> Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic competences are required</p> <p><strong>Required expertise</strong><br /> Knowledge in AGILE and LEAN principles are required<br /> </p> <p><strong>Legal. </strong>EU or NATO country passport required. UK passport holders can immediately start, and will be sponsored for a work permit</p>
