<p><u><strong>Wind Tunnel Test Engineer (d/m/f)</strong></u><br /> <br /> <strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> Depending on the qualifications, the classification is in the EG 9-10!<br /> Please upload CVs in English!<br /> The job holder works as a Wind Tunnel Test Engineer (d/m/f). The task is divided in detail as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Test requirements for wind tunnels and preparation of test programs</li> <li>Preparation of flight test requirements for Flight Data Collection (RFFD)</li> <li>Stability & control, loads and aerodynamic records with lift & drag</li> <li>Computational Fluid Dynamics simulations, in support of aerodynamics</li> <li>Data generation and verification</li> <li>Data set tolerances (standard tolerances, special tolerances, grouping offsets, non-conformity tolerances) flight test fixes</li> <li>Support for wind tunnel campaigns, flight test campaigns, etc.</li> <li>Conducting special aerodynamic analysis</li> <li>Carrying out computational flow calculations, dynamic calculations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Good team player<br /> Excellent communication skills and an independent way of working</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Studies</strong><br /> Engineering at least Masters / Diploma / Bachelor degree<br /> or<br /> Aerospace at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor degree<br /> or<br /> aerodynamics<br /> IT<br /> MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink, Python and/or C/C++ should be available<br /> linguistic proficiency<br /> Business fluent English<br /> German language skills are desirable<br /> Experience<br /> First experience in aerodynamics and record will be appreciated, especially in relation to<br /> EFA records<br /> </p> <p><strong>Legal</strong>: EU or NATO country passport, for example, UK passport holders can start immediately, and we will organise the work permit.</p>
