<p>For our customer in the aerospace industry we are looking for suitable candidates for Cologne, Germany, starting in as soon as possible for the following position: Procurement Assistant (f/m/d) Ref. 2023_006</p> <p><strong>Procurement Assistant (f/m/d) - Air Safety Agency Cologne</strong></p> <p><strong>Job overview</strong></p> <p>Perform the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Procurement Sections timely, efficiently and accurately , thereby contributing to a successful team performance and the achievement of objectives.</p> <p>Main tasks: Prepare procurement documents (e.g. purchase orders and specific contracts) based on existing templates and information received from operational departments Prepare for and support in evaluation sessions (e.g. tailoring of model grids) Communicate with other colleagues within the Procurement team and across the Agency to complete the information needed or clarify questions Support in other procurement related matters Main competences needed: Good English and communication skills MS Office package, ideally also SAP (FM/MM) and Sharepoint Analytical and critical thinking (to spot e.g. inconsistencies or non-compliance) Process items quickly and with attention to detail and compliance Motivation to learn and work in a team</p> <p><br /> EUROPASS cv is required!<br /> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
