<p><u><strong>Interim - Administrative Assistant - for EU Aviation Directive (Cologne - Germany)</strong></u></p> <p><strong>Job overview</strong></p> <p>Perform the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the respective departments timely and efficiently, thereby contributing to a successful team performance and the achievements of the objectives.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p> <p>Update of databases (SAP and Production Approvals) and coordination with Section Manager, Applicant Services, and the team members.</p> <ul> <li>Registration and follow up of applications</li> <li>Management of audit findings and co-ordinations with Auditors</li> </ul> <p>Drafting of approval letters and approval certificates, coordination for approval, notification to approval holder, registration and fling of the technical documentation package.</p> <p>Management of functional mailbox for Production Approvals.</p> <p>Co-ordination of Operational meetings</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p> <p>Good organisation skills</p> <p>Good written & spoken English</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Professional skills</strong></p> <p>Document handling procedures</p> <p>Time Management</p> <p>English drafting and Editing</p> <p>SAP</p> <p>Collaboration</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Behavioural all competences</strong></p> <p>Quality Orientation</p> <p>Communication</p> <p>Teamwork</p> <p>Stakeholder Orientation</p> <p>Cross-Cultural Sensitivity</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
