<p><u><strong>Aerodynamic Data Engineer - Wind Tunnel&nbsp; (d/m/f) - Airbus - Manching - Immediate start</strong></u><br /> <br /> The main activities of the candidate are related to the analysis of aerodynamic wind tunnel and Flight test data, aerodynamic data modelling and aerodynamic verification databases.</p> <p>The job holder works as an aerodynamic data engineer (d/m/f) and the activities are like follows:</p> <ul> <li>Test requirements for wind tunnels and preparation of test programs</li> <li>Preparation of flight test requirements for Flight Data Collection (RFFD)</li> <li>Stability &amp; control, loads and aerodynamic records with lift &amp; drag</li> <li>Computational Fluid Dynamics simulations, in support of aerodynamics</li> <li>Data generation and verification</li> <li>Data set tolerances (standard tolerances, special tolerances, grouping offsets, non-conformity tolerances) flight test fixes</li> <li>Support for wind tunnel campaigns, flight test campaigns, etc.</li> <li>Conducting special aerodynamic analysis</li> <li>Carrying out computational flow calculations, dynamic calculations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Willingness to travel (one-off business trip for 5 weeks!)<br /> Independent working style with a strong focus on the analysis of complex, technical problems<br /> Flexible personality who can quickly adapt to new, challenging situations</p> <p><br /> <strong><em>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</em></strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Studies</strong><br /> Engineering at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><br /> <strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills<br /> Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink, Python and/or C/C++ is a must</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> Knowledge of German is desirable</p> <p>Experience<br /> First experience in aerodynamics and dataset is an advantage, especially in relation to EFA records.<br /> Special characteristics of the workplace (risk characteristics)<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p>Legal: EU or Nato country passport required, for example, UK nationals can start immediately, and we will sponsor you for a work permit.</p>
