<p><u><strong>Sales Contracts Manager (d/f/m) - AIRBUS - Hamburg - Immediate start</strong></u><br /> <br /> <strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The job holder (d/m/f) works as a Sales Contracts Manager and is responsible for administration<br /> of aircraft purchase agreements.</p> <ul> <li>Internal/external interface for all contractual matters related to the</li> <li>Management of sales contracts and aircraft deliveries</li> <li>Pricing and Invoicing</li> <li>Management and verification of sales contracts and payment before delivery</li> <li>Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of all contractual deadlines/provisions</li> <li>Preparing and managing the delivery close</li> <li>Representing Airbus at official and social events with customers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The ability to quickly recognize and analyze connections and functionalities</li> <li>Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to achieve goals on schedule</li> <li>Achieve and coordinate work processes efficiently</li> <li>Strong communication skills to deal with contacts at all levels to work together</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em></p> <p>Please note that we do not accept CVs older than 3 months at the time of offering may take into account!<br /> Estimated interview dates are planned from week 23.<br /> <br /> <strong>Studies</strong><br /> Law at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Business administration at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> International management at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Economics at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong><br /> Operational and strategic procurement for at least 3 years<br /> Public relations/ communication management at least over 3 years<br /> Legal at least over 3 years<br /> Contract management for at least 3 years</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Google Workspace<br /> <br /> <strong>Expertise</strong><br /> Project management at least good knowledge</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German would be of advantage<br /> Business fluent English<br /> further language skills an advantage</p> <p><strong>Other qualifications</strong><br /> Contract management in English is mandatory</p>
