<p><u>Manager Quality Engineering Standards &amp; Digital Prevention (d/f/m)</u><br /> <br /> Job description and tasks<br /> The jobholder (d/f/m) works as Manager Quality Engineering Standards &amp; Digital Prevention. the main tasks and responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Prevent and avoid the cost of non-quality coming out of technical or design abnormalities for new Cabin &amp; Cargo developments and R&amp;T/Innovation</li> <li>Perform DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) assessment as facilitation</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong><br /> Independent, structured and result-oriented work, for fast and direct achievement of objectives<br /> Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information to the departments<br /> Ability to explore out of the comfort zone and work in an empowered, diverse and highly motivated team</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em></p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Please note that we accept CVs that are more than 3 months old at the time of offering are, cannot take into account!</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Experience</strong><br /> Engineering at least over 3 years<br /> Quality management for at least 3 years<br /> Experience in DFMEA mandatory</p> <p><strong>Expertise</strong><br /> Risk management at least good knowledge<br /> Experience in cabin &amp; cargo is a plus<br /> linguistic proficiency<br /> Business fluent English</p> <p><br /> <strong>IT</strong><br /> Experience with Google Workspace is a plus</p> <p><strong>Other qualifications</strong><br /> Airbus experience is a plus<br /> &nbsp;</p>
