<p><u><strong>FEM Numerical Simulation Engineer (d/f/m) - Airbus - HAMBURG - Immediate start</strong></u><br /> Customer Airbus Operations<br /> Location AD Finkenwerder (0100)<br /> Planned shortlist date 08/21/2023<br /> Planned start of use 01.10.2023<br /> <br /> <strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The job holder (d/m/f) works as an engineer in the field of nonlinear structural analysis using the Finite Element Methodology (FEM) for the A350 freighter derivative.</p> <p>English CVs are mandatory.</p> <p>Only English CVs can be considered.</p> <ul> <li>Linking and recording of the requirements for different models and simulations</li> <li>Support for development using FEM</li> <li>Simulation creation with Abaqus and HyperWorks/HyperMesh, e.g. for manufacturing process simulations</li> <li>FEM model creation and integration as well as simulation</li> <li>Support of multidisciplinary integration</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The ability to quickly recognize and understand technical relationships and functionalities analyze</li> <li>Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to achieve goals on schedule achieve and coordinate work processes efficiently</li> <li>Strong communication skills to deal with contacts at all levels to work together</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</em></strong></p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Please note that we do not accept CVs older than 3 months at the time of offering may take into account!</strong></em></p> <p><br /> Estimated interview dates are planned from week 34/35.<br /> <br /> <strong>Studies</strong><br /> Engineering at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong><br /> Engineering at least over 3 years<br /> Development at least over 3 years<br /> Aerospace at least over 3 years<br /> with the finite element method (FEM) at least 3 years</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> Python at least initial application knowledge<br /> Abaqus is required</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German would be of advantage<br /> Business fluent English</p> <p><strong>Expertise</strong><br /> With non-linear simulations/FEM</p> <p><strong>Other qualifications</strong><br /> Experience with HyperWorks/HyperMesh</p>
