<p><u><strong>Quality inspector (m/f/d) QLS Level 3 in the area of Final Assembly Line H135 / H135</strong></u></p> <p>Customer Airbus Helicopters Germany (ECD)<br /> Location Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH<br /> Industriestr. 4, 86609 Donauwörth<br /> Approved until November 15, 2026<br /> Working hours full time 40h / 174.00h<br /> <br /> <strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The job holder works as a quality inspector (m/f/d) QLS Level 3 in the final area Assembly Line H135 / H145 and takes on the following tasks:</p> <p><br /> In this role you will conduct quality inspections according to defined standards for final inspection<br /> and compliance, stop points, FAI, rework, and critical activities (unless delegated) and the relevant documentation<br /> Technical acceptance tests of electrical and mechanical equipment, cabling, Component assemblies</p> <p><br /> You will conduct investigations and root cause analyses for quality and technical incidents occur in the production area and have an impact on quality costs. This will help ensure the production process through rapid processing<br /> Quality problems and to avoid foreign body damage</p> <p>You will supervise/coach employees with L1/L2 delegation in their daily work and lead them<br /> “Operational Surveillance” to maintain delegation</p> <p><br /> <strong>Personal requirements</strong><br /> Strong communication and teamwork skills<br /> Solution-oriented &amp; careful way of working<br /> Assertive, independent, flexible, resilient</p> <p><strong><em>Severely disabled applicants receive special recognition if they are equally qualified taken into account.</em></strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Vocational training</strong><br /> Electrician at least vocational training<br /> or<br /> Aircraft mechanic at least vocational training<br /> or<br /> Mechanic at least vocational training<br /> or<br /> Mechatronics engineer with at least vocational training</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong><br /> Quality management at least over 2 years<br /> Several years of experience in the assembly/maintenance of aircraft</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Additional qualifications<br /> Technician or master at least completed/existing</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German at least business fluent<br /> At least fluent in English</p> <p><strong>other qualifications</strong><br /> Module training in accordance with EASA Part-66 desirable<br /> ?Look up details<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Legal </strong>EU passport required, however, for otherwise suitably qualified professionals, we will sponsor you for a German work permit</p>
