<p><u><strong>Assistant Aerodynamics Laboratory (d/m/f)</strong></u></p> <p>Customer Airbus Defense and Space (AIR MAS)<br /> Manching location<br /> Planned shortlist date November 17, 2023<br /> Planned start of operations January 1st, 2024<br /> Limited until December 31, 2025<br /> Working hours full time 35h / 152.25h<br /> <br /> <strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The position holder works as an aerodynamics laboratory employee (d/m/f). The area of responsibility<br /> is broken down in detail as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Support for measurement technology, electronics and wind tunnel engineers in technical matters</li> <li>Activities in the aerodynamics laboratory and during wind tunnel tests (occasional travel)</li> <li>Maintenance and repair of wind tunnel models and measurement technology</li> <li>Integration of mechanical and electromechanical components</li> <li>Responsible for the construction and maintenance of assembly, transport and calibration devices</li> <li>Coordination of tool and model warehouses</li> <li>Support in the acceptance of mechanical components from suppliers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Independent and reliable working style<br /> Team readiness<br /> Willingness to travel internationally, approx. 3 times per year for 1-4 weeks</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants receive special recognition if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Vocational training</strong><br /> Locksmith (construction fitter, machine fitter) with at least vocational training<br /> or<br /> Toolmaker at least vocational training<br /> or<br /> Subject-specific additional qualifications, possibly technicians/master craftsmen, are desirable</p> <p><strong>Additional qualifications</strong><br /> Crane license at least completed/available<br /> Driving license class B/3 at least completed/existing</p> <p><br /> <strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German would be of advantage<br /> English at least basics</p> <p><br /> <strong>Experience</strong><br /> Several years of professional experience in the profession you have learned is a must<br /> Further knowledge or experience (e.g. electrical engineering, 3D printing) is an advantage<br /> ?</p>
