<p><u><strong>Process Engineer F35 Focus on Production Technology and Automation</strong></u></p> <p>Rheinmetall Aviation Services GmbH (RAS) is ready to enter a new market and take on new tasks in the aviation sector!</p> <p>We begin production of center fuselage parts for the world's most modern and powerful fighter aircraft, the F-35.</p> <p>With our partners Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman, Rheinmetall will be part of the largest and most comprehensive armaments program in the international environment with 20 user states worldwide, including the USA, Israel, Finland, Germany, Singapore, Japan and Australia.</p> <p>Are you ready for a new challenge? Become part of our team and get started with us!</p> <p>Your tasks:</p> <ul> <li> Selection/design of a production system for optimal manufacturing processes</li> <li> Analysis and further development and optimization of production-relevant processes</li> <li> Validate the production system to ensure necessary process and design changes and updates</li> <li> Approval of requirements and design of automation</li> <li> Coordination/support of supplier installation of automation systems</li> <li> Coordination of the IT architecture requirements for automation systems (control/integration) in the areas of coating, drilling and countersinking</li> <li> Development and tracking of a KPI system</li> <li> Creation and visualization of KPIs for the shop floor</li> <li> Optimization of material flow</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU</strong></p> <ul> <li> Successfully completed engineering studies, e.g. aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology, automation technology or production systems or comparable studies</li> <li> Alternatively, technical vocational training with extensive practical work experience (relevant professional experience), e.g. as a production planner</li> <li> Experience in the area of automation and digitalization of production systems</li> <li> Experience in the area of lean optimization, or determining quantification and implementation of rationalization measures</li> <li> Good knowledge of MS Office and MES systems</li> <li> Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER YOU</strong></p> <p>In Weeze we offer you:</p> <p> Employer-funded pension<br /> Stock purchase program<br /> 30 vacation days<br /> Access to corporate benefits<br /> Mobile working<br /> VIVA family service</p> <p>Your strengths and experience count at Rheinmetall.
