<p><strong><u>Process engineer F35 Focus infrastructure_ tools and production systems (f/m/d)</u></strong></p> <p><br /> Rheinmetall Aviation Services GmbH (RAS) is ready to enter a new market and take on new tasks in the aviation sector!</p> <p>We are starting production of center fuselage parts for one of the most modern and powerful fighter aircraft in the world, the F-35.</p> <p>With our partners Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman, Rheinmetall will be part of a large and extensive arms program in an international environment with 20 user states worldwide, including the USA, Israel, Finland, Germany, Singapore, Japan and Australia.</p> <p>Are you ready for a new challenge? Become part of our team and get started with us!</p> <p>Your tasks:</p> <ul> <li> Responsibility for the layout of the factory hall, the tools and the infrastructural facilities for an optimal production process</li> <li> Checking and if necessary adjusting the tool specifications, processing change requests, approving the requirements and checking the design of the tools</li> <li> Coordination and support in the installation of important tools by the partner</li> <li> Support validation and factory acceptance testing of installed and delivered tools</li> <li> Coordination of partners and suppliers to procure the required standard tools and consumables</li> <li> Support with validation and commissioning</li> <li> Understand the specific tolerances and critical steps for the inspection processes</li> <li> Advice on the use of tools as well as the inspection and maintenance processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU</strong></p> <ul> <li> Successfully completed engineering studies, e.g. aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable studies</li> <li> Alternatively, technical vocational training with extensive practical work experience (relevant professional experience), e.g. as a plant engineer</li> <li> Experience in the field of production technology and monitoring of production facilities</li> <li> Experience in planning and carrying out maintenance and servicing of production facilities</li> <li> Good knowledge of MS Office</li> <li> Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER YOU</strong></p> <p>In Weeze we offer you:</p> <p> Employer-funded pension<br /> Stock purchase program<br /> 30 vacation days<br /> Access to corporate benefits<br /> Mobile working<br /> VIVA family service</p> <p>Your strengths and experience count at Rheinmetall.
