<p>AeroProfessional are proud to be supporting our longstanding client in their search for a Service Representative to join them on a permanent basis in France.<br /> <br /> The Service Representative is the companies presence onsite for Owners at strategic airports, meeting both arriving and departing flights. Ensures seamless customer service by proactively collaborating with the airport authorities, FBO, caterers, ground and other service providers. <br /> <br /> You will need to work autonomously and flexibly manage your own schedule to ensure maximum exposure to accounts and individuals as key KPIs for the role.<br /> <br /> The client is a VVIP Corporate Jet Operator offering flights to range of clientele from dignitaries, celebrities and other VVIPs across the globe.<br /> <br /> <strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Fantastic location</li> <li>Health Insurance</li> <li>Life Insurance</li> </ol> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluent English and French</li> <li>Corporate jet or VIP Hospitality background with experience in VIP cabin crew OR luxury high end customer service</li> <li>Right to live and work in the EU</li> <li>Ability to show empathy, assertiveness, great diplomacy and confidence in all situations.</li> <li>Self-starter, diplomatic, and an effective problem solver, with high self-confidence and an outgoing personality</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process:</strong></p> <ul> <li>AeroProfessional Interview</li> <li>General video interview</li> <li>Role Specific video interview</li> <li>Panel Face-to-face interview including roleplay. </li> </ul>
