About this role

<p>AeroProfessional is seeking a highly motivated Part 145 Maintenance Manager to join ETG Maintenance, a fast-growing EASA Part-145 MRO based on Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast.</p> <p> </p> <p>ETG Maintenance is the only EASA Part-145 on Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast, employing over 120 engineers performing C & D checks for Airbus & Boeing narrow-body aircraft. As Part-145 Manager, you'll play a key role in driving continued growth alongside the CEO.</p> <p>You will hold or have held an EASA Part66 B1 licence with A320 type and have a proven track record of managing and growing a technical team, enhancing business processes and optimizing MRO resources.<br /> <br /> Preference will be given to Bulgarian speakers and those currently in the position of Part-145 Nominated Postholder.<br /> <br /> In return, you can expect the reward of playing a pivotal role in the success of the Company and a competitive salary package (negotiable based on experience).<br /> <br /> <strong>Benefits Package:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexible work-from-home options (1 day/week)</li> <li>20 days annual leave</li> <li>Relocation assistance - flexible/negotiated at offer </li> <li>Travel/car allowance - flexible/negotiated at offer</li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Willing to relocate to Varna </li> <li>Technical – current or former A320 Part66 licence holder</li> <li>Higher technical education</li> <li>Proven experience in Part-145 management</li> <li>Proactive position, desire to manage a growing technical team, change business processes and optimize resources of the MRO.</li> <li>B2 (Upper Intermediate) English language proficiency</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Submit CV & documents to AeroProfessional</li> <li>Telephone interview with AeroProfessional</li> <li>Remote HR interview</li> <li>Final interview with CEO & major shareholder in Varna</li> </ol>
