We are currently seeking for B1 and B2 licensed engineers with experience on A320/A321's for our client based out of London Heathrow.</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Salary: Competitive salary of &pound;65,000 plus &pound;10,000 shift allowance.</li><li>Shift Patters of 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights - Shift patterns subject to change)</li><li>Competitive company pension scheme</li><li>21 Days Annual Leave</li></ul> <p><strong> The Role</strong></p><ul> <li><strong></strong>Performance and certification of Line Maintenance work.</li><li>To perform maintenance to the highest airworthiness standards in compliance with the clients MOE.</li><li>Perform duties assigned by your supervisors in a safe, timely and diligent manner in accordance with the approved standards and company procedures.</li><li>Full utilization of all IT systems in use throughout the maintenance department.</li><li>Adherence to all company, regulatory and Health and Safety requirements.</li><li>Be proactive in implementing the clients security of aircraft program.</li><li>Strict adherence to the relevant airport regulations and directions.</li><li>Maintain the work environment and work vehicles in a clean and safe condition.</li><li>Play an active part in the continuous improvement programs which are ongoing within the Maintenance and Engineering Department.</li><li>Responsible for the delivery of key KPIs for the department.</li></ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul> <li><strong></strong>Hold a current unrestricted EASA Aircraft Maintenance B1 and/or B2 License with A320F, CFM56 and LEAP.</li><li>Familiarity and experience of using IT systems including the MS Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, with proven organizational skills.</li><li>Strong technical judgement and trouble-shooting skills.</li><li>Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.</li><li>Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>An enthusiastic team member with a positive attitude to work effectively in an ever-changing environment.</li><li>A high level of flexibility including a willingness to travel on request to assist with recovery of aircraft in AOG situations.</li><li>Capable of and prepared to work shift, based on a 24 x 7 pattern.</li><li>Fluent in English, both spoken and written.</li><li>Eligible to live and work in the U.K. without restriction (i.e. British Citizen passport holder or EU Passport Holder).</li><li>Hold a valid EEA / UK passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel.</li><li>Be eligible to apply and obtain relevant ROI and UK immigration/ entry visas required for role.</li><li>Hold a full clean driving license.</li><li>Able to provide details of 2 verifiable references.</li><li>Prepared to complete a medical questionnaire and medical examination.</li><li>Able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure which includes a 5-year background check.</li></ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>Should you be interested in this position or know anyone who may be, please feel free to contact me directly via the following email: <strong> russ.canto@cae.com</strong></p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity:</strong></p><p>At CAE, everyone is welcome to contribute to our success.
