<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Join Our Team in Qatar as a Safety Advisor - ANSP!</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Are you passionate about aviation safety and regulatory compliance? We're looking for a dedicated Safety Advisor to support our Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) management in promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">Assist in developing and managing the Safety Management System (SMS)</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and performance monitoring</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Support the investigation of ATC incidents and ensure thorough reporting</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Promote a non-punitive safety reporting culture</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Ensure compliance with national and international aviation safety regulations</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Deliver safety-related training to staff</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Communicate safety performance and issues to senior management</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">Bachelor’s degree in aviation or safety management</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">3+ years in international Air Traffic</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">2+ years in aviation safety management</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in safety practices</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Knowledge of ICAO standards and aviation safety regulations</li> </ul>
