<p>For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the following position in <strong>Hamburg-Finkenwerder</strong> Germany with immediate effect:</p> <p> </p> <p>R&T Center Fuselage (d/f/m) Ref. 10309039<br /> <br /> <strong>Job description:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Co-lead of a multidisciplinary MFT ( Multi-Functional Team) for an industrial technology development project</li> <li>Build the industrial maturation roadmap (MRL maturation) for manufacturing readiness according to applicable business processes in alignment to the R&T technology maturation plan</li> <li>Prepare and host organizational and technical workshops aiming to fulfill mentioned MRL/TRL ( Manufacturing Readiness Level / Technology readiness Level) business processes (FMEA, PDR, CDR & FDR reviews, etc)</li> <li>Plan, monitor and steer the industrial maturation coupon programme at our partners in Hamburg and Dresden</li> <li>Maintain and enhance the integrated planning roadmap across contributing disciplines, sponsors and customers Financial aspect</li> <li>Monitor technical progress and budget spending process (internal hours and subcontracting) and manage change proposals from the MFT Project Management</li> <li>Organise and animate a Multifunctional Team across the weekly governance meetings Define and <strong>monitor tasks and activities Prepare internal reviews and reporting</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels and to maintain business relationships.
