<p>Are you experienced in aircraft maintenance and passionate about ensuring smooth and efficient operations? We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our client, Hi Fly. </p> <p>Hi Fly is a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide. It’s a go-to organization for airlines when they need additional capacity to cover their short/medium-term or seasonal needs. Hi Fly holds authorization to operate worldwide and does so on a daily basis. Every day a Hi Fly airliner departs or lands on all six continents on earth.</p> <p>Hi Fly operates an all Airbus fleet consisting of A320’s, A330’s and A340’s.</p> <p>On offer is a permanent position with full training provided. </p> <p>If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you!</p> <p><strong>Benefits Package:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Healthcare insurance provided for employee</li> <li>Meal Allowance & Shift Allowance provided</li> <li>Discretionary annual bonus paid based on company performance</li> <li>Up to 25 days annual leave, including birthday</li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Right to live and work in the EU</li> <li>Must live within commuting distance of the Lisbon office</li> <li>EASA License</li> <li>3-5 years’ line/base maintenance experience</li> <li>Knowledge of maintenance planning and Operators’ approved maintenance programs</li> <li>Familiarity with EASA Part 145 and Part CAMO regulations</li> <li>Experience with Airbus aircraft, particularly in defect analysis, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution, is an advantage</li> <li>Strong understanding of technical manuals (AMM, IPC, TSM, SRM, MEL, etc.)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process:</strong></p> <ol> <li>CV and document submission to AeroProfessional</li> <li>Telephone interview by AeroProfessional</li> <li>Team’s interview</li> <li>Face-to-face interview in Lisbon</li> </ol> <p><strong><em>Interview expenses are the candidates' own cost.</em></strong></p>
