<p>For our customer in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the Donauwörth Germany location as part of temporary employment for the following position:</p> <p><strong>Stress Engineer - Airplane Doors (m/f/d) Ref. 76950</strong></p> <p><strong>Task profile:</strong></p> <p>Carry out analysis of metal and composite structures for static and fatigue strength (F&DT) using known and new methods In addition to strength analyses, the focus is on functional analysis and load determination of the door mechanism using standard methods and multi-body dynamics simulations Support of feasibility/commercial studies and assessments as well as design and manufacturing to enable product improvements. Checking the predicted load values ??compared to tests</p> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong></p> <p>Very good analytical and conceptual skills<br /> Solution-oriented way of working<br /> Strong communication skills and strong ability to work in a team<br /> High degree of personal responsibility and commitment<br /> Striving for continuous improvement</p> <p><strong>Studies:</strong></p> <p>Electrical engineering at least Bachelor's degree or<br /> Engineering at least Bachelor's degree or<br /> Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree or<br /> Mechanical engineering at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Professional experience:</strong></p> <p>Engineering at least 3 years<br /> Aerospace at least 3 years<br /> Initial experience in the field of strength analysis as well as with fatigue and damage tolerance processes/methods is required<br /> Knowledge of certification regulations for metal and composite products is required<br /> Experience in the definition and load calculation of structural components and assemblies that are optimized in terms of manufacturability, cost and weight is expected</p> <p><strong>IT:</strong></p> <p>Python at least detailed. Special knowledge of MS Office at least detailed. Special knowledge<br /> Knowledge of HyperWorks, HyperMash is required<br /> Knowledge of Nastran is required<br /> Knowledge of ISAMI would be an advantage<br /> Experience with Catia 5V is an advantage<br /> Knowledge of Python is desirable</p> <p><br /> <strong>Language skills:</strong></p> <p>At least proficient in German<br /> At least business fluent in English<br /> Knowledge of French is a plus<br /> This is what we offer you:</p> <p>Legal: EU passport or German work permit mandatory</p>
