About this role
<p>We are very excited to announce that we have launched our latest recruitment campaign for Heston Airlines in their search for A320 Captains, with premium market-leading remuneration for summer 2025.</p> <p>Heston Airlines is a newly established European carrier, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. A member of the Heston Aviation Group, a consolidated group of companies focused on aviation assets leasing, trading, maintenance, repair, and overhaul. The airline operates Airbus A320 aircraft, providing short and long-term services worldwide.</p> <p>On offer is a 6-month contract ending 31<sup>st</sup> October 2025.</p> <p><br /> <strong>Benefits Package:</strong></p> <ul> <li>€12,000 Gross per month</li> <li>€8,000 end of contract bonus</li> <li>8 block days off per month</li> <li>€500 extra day off payment</li> <li>Accommodation provided</li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Right to live and work in the EU</li> <li>Must be able to start OCC training in May 2025</li> <li>EASA ATPL with A320, IR/PBN ratings</li> <li>3000 minimum total time on multi pilot aircraft</li> <li>1000 hours minimum on A320</li> <li>Must be current and recent on A320, ideally within 6 months</li> <li>Valid LPC until October minimum</li> <li>ELP 4+</li> <li>Class I medical certificate issued in accordance with Part-MED requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process: </strong></p> <ul> <li>CV and document submission to AeroProfessional</li> <li>Telephone interview by AeroProfessional</li> <li>Technical Assessment A320/ATPL online – 50mins</li> <li>Online I/V – HR/FOPs</li> <li>x2 Online Psychological test (max 2 hours)</li> <li>SIM check – location EU, depending on availability. Flights and accommodation provided.</li> </ul>
