About this role
<p>Rishworth is delighted to partner with <strong>Avion Express</strong> to support the ongoing expansion of its all-A320 fleet! These are permanent positions for <strong>Mexican nationals</strong>, with competitive pay, benefits and commuting.<br /> <br /> First Officers with a minimum of 2,500 total hours and 500 A320 hours are eligible for the Senior First Officer position!<br /> <br /> <strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fixed roster</li> <li>Competitive contract package</li> <li>Possibility to upgrade</li> <li>Bases in Mexico</li> <li>Accommodation and Transportation</li> <li>Quick screenings</li> <li>Travel from Home Base to another Home Base</li> <li>Commuting from/ to Home Base to/ from Residence Base</li> <li>Worldwide Travel Insurance</li> <li>Loss of License</li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Valid A320 type rating</li> <li>Valid Mexican ATPL/ frozen ATPL or CPL <strong>(CPL license holders must obtain ATPL frozen within one year)</strong></li> <li>Minimum 100 hours on A320F + 1500 Multi Crew Hours</li> <li>Valid Class 1 medical</li> <li>Minimum English ICAO level 4</li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Payments:</strong> Estimated yearly income for First Officers 62K.<br /> <em>Avion Express's payment structure is divided into two operational seasons:</em><br /> ?? <em>Summer Season (April 1<sup>st</sup> – October 31<sup>st</sup>)</em></p> <ul> <li><em>Senior FO: 5,000 Eur + 10 BH</em></li> <li><em>FO: 4,000 Eur + 10 BH</em></li> </ul> <p>??<em> Winter Season (November 1<sup>st</sup> – March 31<sup>st</sup>)</em></p> <ul> <li><em>Senior FO: 3,000 Eur + 25 BH</em></li> <li><em>FO: 3,000 Eur + 25 BH</em></li> </ul> <p> <br /> <strong>Roster Options</strong><br /> <em>We have 3 roster models.
