<p>Job Title: Temporary Engine Component Technician<br /><br />Location: Germany<br /><br />Job Description:<br /><br />We are seeking a skilled Engine Component Technician for a temporary position in Germany. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in engine component repair and assembly, quality assurance, cleaning, and surface preparation, along with specialized skills in specific technical areas.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities:<br /><br />- Repair and Assembly: Conduct intricate repair, disassembly, and assembly operations on various engine components, modules, and subassemblies.<br /><br />- Quality and Documentation: Accurately identify and maintain specified parameters, including dimensions and process times. Meticulously document all work and results to ensure full compliance with work cards and plans.<br /><br />- Cleaning and Surface Preparation: Perform thorough cleaning of engine components using manual and high-pressure cleaning techniques. Execute blasting procedures with wet and dry blasting machines as required.<br /><br />- Specialized Skills: Apply expertise in one or more of the following areas:<br />- Welding (DIN 29591 qualification or equivalent)<br />- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) dye penetrant testing (Level 2 certification or equivalent)<br />- Precision hole drilling<br />- Spray gun painting<br />- Adhesive bonding techniques for specific engine types<br /><br />- Training and Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and training to Level 1 personnel on specialized tasks within your area of expertise.<br /><br />- Collaboration: Carry out additional tasks of varying complexity as directed by the technical supervisor or team leader, ensuring all work meets our high standards.<br /><br />Additional Guidance: Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, adapting to complex task requirements as necessary.</p>
