About this role
<p>Our client is a leading domestic operator providing both passenger and charter solutions in Papua New Guinea.<br /> <br /> They are currently looking for a<strong> Network Operations Manager</strong> who will be responsible for day-to-day operations and maintaining and minimizing disruptions of the daily schedule.<br /> <br /> This is a full-time position with accommodation, flights, and transport, provided at base.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor and evaluate conditions and NOTAMS and potential impact on scheduled operations</li> <li>Seek government or regulatory approval for ADHOC operations to privately controlled ports</li> <li>Formulate recovery plans for IROP events with safety and cost as primary considerations</li> <li>Oversee and authorize schedule adjustments and promulgate to all concerned</li> <li>Liaise with key operational areas and ensure they are ready and prepared for operations</li> <li>Forwarding appropriate operational messages to relevant parties </li> <li>Monitor the Maintenance Plan and MELs (in Skynet) ensuring that aircraft are available for scheduled maintenance</li> <li>Monitor the Aircraft Fleet Status publication ensuring aircraft are available for maintenance and operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Should have advanced technical skills and Airline Operational service delivery experience</li> <li>Comply with policy and procedures in the Operations Manual</li> <li>Comply with the provisions of the policies contained in the Corporate Management</li> </ul> <p>Please<strong> APPLY NOW</strong> if you are interested with your latest up-to-date CV.
