About this role
<p>Our client is a leading domestic operator providing both passenger and charter solutions in Papua New Guinea.<br /> <br /> They are currently looking for an <strong>Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor</strong> who will oversee MRO compliance in areas of the company's KPI and to supervise all maintenance tasks involving aircraft maintenance for our client's fleet.<br /> <br /> This is a full-time position with accommodation, flights, and transport, provided at base.<br /> <br /> <strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensuring all task specified in the Work Pack which have been carried out.</li> <li>Ensuring all paperwork is filled out correctly and certified correctly in accordance with the MOE.</li> <li>Performing on-the-job technical training on aircraft maintenance practices, company policies and safety procedures with new employees as required.</li> <li>Ensuring that all documentation and certifications are completed and correctly certified.</li> <li>Ensuring all serial number of components off and on have been recorded and GRNs have been recorded for all parts and materials used.</li> <li>Ensuring any TSN, TSO and TTIS have been determined and recorded on all entries.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of appropriate processes, procedures and standards in the MOE</li> <li>Ability to advise senior management team on engineering matters and driving required changes</li> <li>At least 10 years’ experience in the aircraft maintenance industry.</li> <li>Must hold a license with ATR 72-600 or Dash 8 Classic type rating</li> </ul> <p>Please <strong>APPLY NOW</strong> if you are interested with your latest up-to-date CV.
