About this role
<p>Zenon Aviation are delighted to be supporting airBaltic in their search for TR and NTR Captains for their A220-300 fleet, based in Latvia. This role is a full time permanent position.</p> <p><b>Benefits:</b></p> <ul> <li>Roster options: Commuting, Fixed or Flexible</li> <li>Commuting Roster: 13 days on, 10 days off</li> <li>Fixed Roster: 5 days on, 3 days off</li> <li>Flexible Roster: Minimum of 10 days off per calendar month and limited layover</li> <li>Health insurance and wellbeing benefits A220 type rating covered by airBaltic with a 3-year bond</li> <li>The costs of all necessary training, validation, medicals will be covered by airBaltic</li> <li>Loss of License insurance will be provided after 1 year of employment</li> <li>Possibilities of further career development within training, safety and other office duties</li> </ul> <p><b>Minimum Requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li>Valid EASA ATPL License</li> <li>Valid EASA Medical Class</li> <li>1 ICAO English 4</li> <li>Minimum of 4000 total flight hours of CAT operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems</li> <li>Minimum of 2000 hours on multi-pilot/engine turbine airplane (CS-25 aircraft)</li> <li>Minimum of 1000 hours of Command experience on a CS-25 aircraft</li> </ul> <p><b>Remuneration:</b></p> <ul> <li>Commuting Roster: Annual guaranteed base salary from 96,390 EUR gross up to 106,590 EUR gross, depending on your previous experience, with planned productivity up to 130,800 EUR per annum average.</li> <li>Fixed or Flexible Roster: Annual guaranteed base salary from 113,400 EUR gross up to 125,400 EUR gross, depending on your previous experience, with planned productivity up to 153,680 EUR gross per annum average. 10 salary levels, with guaranteed progression after each year in the role.</li> </ul> <p><b>Why Choose Zenon Aviation?</b></p> <p>In the ever-changing and dynamic marketplace, Zenon Aviation knows that the support and care we provide to our candidates is vital in assisting you in achieving your career aspirations.
