About this role

<p>We are currently seeking an Aircraft Mechanic for a permanent opportunity with one of our key clients<br /><br /><strong>Tasks</strong></p> <ul> Carry out aircraft maintenance in strict accordance with the approved MOE, applicable regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.</li>Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and airworthiness standards throughout all maintenance operations.</li>Accurately complete task documentation, including recording of man-hours, materials consumption, and work performed in the relevant systems.</li>Provide operational support for AOG and MRT interventions as required, including rapid response and recovery actions.</li>Support light scheduled maintenance inputs and assist with AOG recovery activities to minimize aircraft downtime.</li>Ensure aircraft are presented to the highest technical and cleanliness standards following maintenance activities.</li>Maintain an orderly, clean, and FOD-free working environment in line with safety and compliance requirements.</li>Assist the Line Station Manager with strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and adherence to regulatory obligations</li>Provide guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching to Apprentices to support their technical development and compliance awareness.</li></ul> <strong>Requirements&nbsp;</strong> <ul> <li>Completed an apprenticeship or appropriate aviation mechanical training.</li><li>2+ years of aeronautical experience in Line Maintenance, with at least 12 months of practical experience.</li><li>Experience on private/business aircraft (preferred).</li><li>Understanding of Part 145 regulations and company MOE.</li><li>Familiar with HF/FTS and EWIS requirements.</li><li>Proficient with IT systems and tooling/equipment used in maintenance.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>UK driving license and eligibility for an airside pass.</li><li>Right to work in the UK without restrictions.</li></ul> <p><strong>Conditions&nbsp;</strong></p><ul> Operate within a dynamic and technically demanding aviation environment.</li>Join a globally recognised leader in the aerospace sector.</li>Benefit from structured training, professional development, and clear career progression opportunities.</li>Based in United Kingdom&nbsp;</li>Become part of a collaborative team culture where excellence, mutual respect, and agility drive performance and decision-making.</li> Salary in accordance with experience&nbsp;<br /><br /> &nbsp; <br /></li></ul>
