About this role
<p>For our clients in the aerospace industry, we are seeking motivated candidates for temporary staffing in Bremen, Germany, for the following position, starting immediately:</p> <p><strong>Manufacturing Assembly Integration and Test (MAIT) - Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) Ref. 84766</strong></p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p>Independent integration of all components, attachments, and wiring harnesses, taking into account work orders, procedures, and drawings (e.g., mechanical components, piping, tanks, wiring harnesses, or onboard electronics units)<br /> Acceptance of the work order and materials according to the team leader's specifications<br /> Verification of the completeness and accuracy of materials and drawings according to the work order<br /> Assembly of necessary tools, independent assembly, inspection, and submission for quality assurance<br /> Correcting any defects according to specifications<br /> Documentation of work performed in accordance with the order and in SAP<br /> Verification of work before, during, and after integration, taking into account work orders, procedures, and drawings<br /> Determination/description of deviations from the target specifications<br /> Repair of deviations As per repair order</p> <p>Support with required technical expertise</p> <p>Support with improvements</p> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong></p> <p>Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information</p> <p>Ability to integrate into a team<br /> Independent, solution-oriented, responsible, and goal-oriented work style<br /> Willingness to work shifts and travel</p> <p><strong>Vocational training:</strong></p> <p>Aircraft mechanic, aircraft mechanic specializing in manufacturing technology, or aircraft builder (minimum vocational training with many years of professional experience)<br /> Mechatronics technician or comparable qualification (minimum vocational training)<br /> Metalworking/electrical processing/installation/repair trade, ideally mechatronics, acquired in the aerospace industry or elsewhere</p> <p><strong>Professional experience/knowledge/further qualifications:</strong></p> <p>Aircraft construction mindset (over 3 years)<br /> Quality assurance in mind Over 3 years<br /> Required: at least 2 years of experience in IT</p> <p><strong>IT</strong></p> <p>Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Proficient in SAP.
