<p>EASA B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer (A320 Family)<br /><br />Location: Hamburg, Germany<br />Employment Type: Permanent<br /><br />Resource Group is supporting a leading aviation operator in the recruitment of several permanent EASA Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join their engineering team in Hamburg.<br /><br />This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers with Airbus A320 Family experience to join a dynamic operation supporting both line and base maintenance activities. We are particularly interested in candidates with a B2 background who also hold a B1 licence, although applications from qualified B1 or B2 engineers will also be considered.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on Airbus A320 Family aircraft.</li><li>Carry out line and base maintenance tasks in accordance with EASA regulations and company procedures.</li><li>Certify maintenance work within licence privileges.</li><li>Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Support operational requirements, including short-notice deployments when required.</li><li>Potentially undertake Shift Supervisor responsibilities depending on experience and operational needs.</li><li>Support aircraft recovery and Flying Engineer activities when required.</li></ul> <p><br />Requirements:</p><ul> <li>EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 Licence.</li><li>Airbus A320 Family Type Rating.</li><li>Active recency on A320 aircraft.</li><li>Previous experience in both line and base maintenance environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of EASA regulations and maintenance procedures.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills.</li><li>German language skills are advantageous but not essential.</li><li>Valid right to live and work within Europe.</li></ul> <p><br />Ideal Candidate:</p><ul> <li>B2 trade engineer holding a B1 licence.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable approach to operational requirements.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Willingness to travel at short notice when operationally required.</li></ul> <p><br />What's on Offer:</p><ul> <li>Permanent employment with an established aviation operator.</li><li>Opportunity to work within a highly skilled engineering environment.</li><li>Exposure to varied maintenance operations, including line, base, and operational support activities.</li><li>Career progression opportunities, including supervisory responsibilities.</li><li>Supportive and professional team environment.</li></ul> <p><br />If you meet the above requirements and are looking for your next engineering opportunity in Hamburg, we would be delighted to hear from you.</p>
