<p>For our clients in the aerospace industry, we are seeking motivated candidates for the position of <strong>Purchasing Quality Manager (m/f/d) (</strong>Ref. JR-0019819) based in Taufkirchen, Germany, to start immediately on a temporary employment basis.</p> <p><strong>Purchasing Quality Manager (m/f/d)</strong></p> <p>The successful candidate will be based in Ottobrunn, working in quality assurance within the procurement department.</p> <p>*   Establishing and maintaining robust supplier relationships<br /> *   Defining and implementing preventive measures to ensure or improve quality levels<br /> *   Defining and implementing corrective actions in response to identified quality deviations<br /> *   Conducting supplier evaluations to clarify or maintain supplier approval for aerospace components<br /> *   Breaking down and agreeing upon quality assurance agreements with suppliers<br /> *   Defining incoming goods inspection procedures<br /> *   Conducting on-site component acceptance inspections<br /> *   Assisting suppliers in obtaining and maintaining delegated product acceptance status<br /> *   Supporting process managers in the management of special processes<br /> *   Acting as the quality interface between the supplier and the internal product management team<br /> *   Willingness to travel (approx. 10–20%) for supplier management purposes</p> <p>This vacancy is open to both entry-level candidates and experienced quality and production managers.</p> <p><strong>Personal Requirements:</strong></p> <p>*   Strong communication skills to ensure effective information flow<br /> *   Ability to integrate well into a team<br /> *   High level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent</p> <p><strong>Education</strong>:</p> <p>*   Comparable qualification (minimum Bachelor’s degree) or<br /> *   Engineering (minimum Bachelor’s degree) or<br /> *   Aerospace Engineering (minimum Bachelor’s degree) or<br /> *   Mechanical Engineering (minimum Bachelor’s degree) Bachelor's degree program</p> <p><strong>Professional experience:</strong></p> <p>Aerospace: at least 1 year<br /> Quality management: at least 1 year<br /> Experience in metal processing; experience in a production environment</p> <p><strong>IT skills:</strong></p> <p>MS Office: advanced user proficiency<br /> SAP/MM-IM: advanced user proficiency<br /> Siemens Teamcenter: at least advanced user proficiency</p> <p><strong>Language skills:</strong></p> <p>German: business fluent (if you mention you are learning this may help)<br /> English: proficient<br /> French: desirable</p> <p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p> <p>Permanent employment contract<br /> Flexible working hours via a personal flextime account<br /> Continuous personal support from your dedicated contact person<br /> Commuting allowance (Deutschlandticket)<br /> Company pension scheme<br /> "Refer-a-friend" bonus payments</p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>EU Passport required, or, you must quickly apply for the special German Opportunity work permit  (quickly google and apply now)</p>
