<p>Step into a fast-paced maintenance environment supporting high-end business jets for a leading MRO provider in France. This temporary assignment offers immediate, hands-on involvement in Part-145 operations, working on sophisticated aircraft in a professional, safety-critical setting.</p><p>About the Role:</p><p>In this role, you will carry out line and base maintenance tasks on business jets under EASA Part-145 regulations, ensuring aircraft are released to service safely and on time. You will work closely with licensed engineers and maintenance teams to support scheduled and unscheduled work, troubleshooting defects and performing rectifications. Your contribution will directly support aircraft availability, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on business jets in accordance with approved maintenance data.</li><li>Assist with troubleshooting, fault isolation, and rectification of defects on airframe, systems, and components.</li><li>Carry out inspections, functional checks, and testing as directed by licensed engineers or supervisors.</li><li>Complete maintenance documentation, worksheets, and records accurately to Part-145 standards.</li><li>Support aircraft ground handling activities related to maintenance, including towing, jacking, and safety preparations.</li><li>Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe, controlled, and compliant condition.</li><li>Adhere strictly to EASA Part-145 procedures, company MOE, and health and safety requirements.</li></ul> <p>Key Requirements:</p><ul> <li>Proven experience as an Aircraft Mechanic, ideally with exposure to business jet maintenance.</li><li>Hands-on experience within an EASA Part-145 maintenance environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance practices, procedures, and safety standards.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, maintenance data, and engineering instructions.</li><li>Capable of working effectively in a shift-based, time-sensitive maintenance environment.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a maintenance team.</li><li>Availability to work on a temporary/contract basis in France.</li></ul> <p>Desirable Skills:</p><ul> <li>Experience on specific business jet types (e.g. Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault, Cessna).</li><li>Previous experience in both line and base maintenance settings.</li><li>Familiarity with digital maintenance systems and electronic technical logs.</li><li>Basic French language skills for workplace communication and documentation.</li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p><ul> <li>Recognised aircraft maintenance qualification (e.g. Part-66 modules, aviation technical diploma, or equivalent).</li><li>Completed apprenticeship or formal training in aircraft maintenance or aeronautical engineering.</li><li>Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, and EWIS training (current or recently completed) preferred.</li></ul> <p>If you are an experienced Aircraft Mechanic ready to support business jet operations on a temporary basis in France, submit your application and take the next step in your aviation career.</p>
