<p>I'm Capt Mbohoazy Zefania Tsimagneky, 49 years old, Married. I'm from Madagascar and I work as Captain on ATR 72-500/600 for CEBGO, the domestic's subsidiary of Cebu Pacific Airline in the Philippines. Manila based, I'm living in Sucat Paranaque City, which is a 15-minute drive from the NAIA Airport.</p>

<p>I applied for the job through CAE. The screening was fair, serious and complete. The screening staff both CAE and Cebu Pacific were very kind and helpful.</p>
<p>I joined Cebu Pacific on Oct 23, 2018 and started Ground School on Nov 5, 2018. Cebu Pacific is an E-Airline. Weβre EFB approved and have an online LMS (Learning Management System) and all documents are electronics and operational process are online. You got your updated briefing for your flight on your iPad. Fueling, OFP and Loadsheet acceptations are through your iPad.</p>
<p>Flight deck crew are professional, friendly and very respectful. Cabin crew are iconic and charming with their hat, yellow shirt and blue jeans.</p>
<p>We fly the youngest ATR Fleet, with good maintenance procedures and professional engineers and technicians. At each departure and arrival, at least 12 ground staff take care of your flight to set on in time, they are kind and brave. I always salute them before taxing, to thank them for the job they do.</p>

<p>With the ATR, we fly to all domestic airports, some are challenging, VFR airfields, short and narrow runways. An average 4 legs a day with a maximum 5 days a week. Rosters are set at least 15 days before the beginning of the month. I find it a great pleasure to fly with Cebu Pacific, I really enjoy it.</p>
<p>I also enjoy living in the Philippines. Filipino people are very kind, friendly and very hospitable. They are unique, a mix of Asian, Spanish and American cultures. You can find everything you need here and it's inexpensive. I'm living in Sucat Paranaque with my family and they enjoy it as well!</p>
<p>Working with Filipinos is also a pleasure. Cebu Pacific is like a great family. It's multicultural airline, where different nationality works together kindly and respectful. The staff do everything they can to make you feel like home. Policies and rules are set and maintained and to keep the working conditions good and safe. The airline has a very high safety standard and relies on you to keep operations safe. Cebu staff understand you and are always willing to hear your feedback. The fleet is modern and young, and the airline is growing, so they are great opportunities.</p>

<p>Simply put, Cebu Pacific is the best airline to work for, it's challenging but you will feel safe and fly with friends. The Philippines is among the best countries to live in Asia, Itβs like a collection of all best things from Asia.</p>
