The term "human factors" relates to the way humans relate to the world around them, with the aim of improving operational performance through safety. The Human Factors in Aviation Maintenance Training Course is a unique opportunity for participants to learn and experience those key human factor principles that influence the important work we do in contributing to safety in the aviation system. The Human Factors training course comprises a highly interactive learning methodology, with videos, exercises, group discussions and presentations, going beyond imparting knowledge. Trainees receive a comprehensive syllabus which includes hand outs of the presentations and additional human factors materials for further study or reference. <br />Content <br /> <br />Learning Objectives: <br /> <br />Target Group: The training is targeted at authority surveyors and all industry staff involved in maintenance, management and quality.
