About this role
Measuring safety performance is critical to the management of safety in any organisation. This workshop helps management teams to understand what it is that they wish to manage with their safety management system and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help them achieve their objectives. Many organisations have comprehensive and extensive dashboards filled with statistics that are easy to measure; the objective of this workshop is to transition to dashboards of KPIs with real meaning to enable management teams to make effective safety related decisions.
