About this role
<p>TRIM Engineer<br /> In detail, this position includes the following tasks :<br /> <br /> - Management of employees of prototyping at the reference development in Wolfsburg<br /> - Coordinate the development of reference and the reference development program<br /> - Support the development of foam activities ( interpretation of the foam parts)<br /> - Supporting and conducting internal training for the Engineering Team<br /> - Implementation and , if necessary, update the DFMEA for Trim reference products<br /> - Compliance with the program schedule and the prototype schedule in collaboration with the Project Lead Engineer<br /> - Ensuring compliance to the quality standards of new products and product changes<br /> - Support the development team for product approvals and in the change process<br /> - Creation of reference to relevant documents for the development and production ( process instructions , Trim -BOM , - reference developing leaves, etc. )<br /> <br /> Your qualifications:<br /> <br /> - Dipl. -Ing. the field of textile engineering or technician / master upholstery technology / upholstery<br /> - Several years of professional experience in the development of car seat or similar professional fields<br /> - Experience in the development of covers for car seats and in the production of these in mass production and JIT<br /> process<br /> - Auto CAD , Elementary, CATIA V5 , MS Office , Lotus Notes, Internet<br /> - Good knowledge of the English language<br /> - Personal responsibility and flexibility, high self-motivation and personal initiative<br /> - Excellent communication skills and assertiveness , service orientation and excellent team working<br /> - Entrepreneurial Orientation , high goal and results orientation<br /> - Willingness to travel for longer day missions at home and abroad</p>
