Director of Maintenance - Business Jets

<p>Director of Maintenance based in&nbsp;the Middle East is required by our client, an operator of a fleet of business jets. Our client has a strong work ethic and prides itself on extremely positive and sustainable working relationships with its employees.<br /> <br /> The Director of Maintenance leads the Maintenance organisation including the support shops and is responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>The start to finish for the quality, efficiency, cost and on time delivery of each project within the set targets and parameters.</li> <li>Leading the Maintenance organization including the aircraft support shops.</li> <li>For workplace safety and prevention of damages to customer and Client's property</li> <li>To meet the maintenance budget target</li> <li>Ensures competitiveness through continuous improvement, lean philosophy and driving cost reductions</li> <li>Employee satisfaction by creating a motivating work environment, job satisfaction and training opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>-&nbsp;Bachelor in aviation or similar</p> <p>- &nbsp;FAA &nbsp;A&amp;P license</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <p>The Director of Maintenance will have a proven track record of at least 10 years in Aviation - Planning, Financial or Project Management,&nbsp;preferably in business aviation. Exceptional leadership skills as well as project management skills must be demonstrated.&nbsp;Ideally the candidate will have experience within the Middle East.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be a natural leader in charge of several projects simultaneously with full responsibility of all maintenance activities.
