<p><strong>Jet Professionals, on behalf of our MRO client based in Asia, are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job description</strong></p> <ul> <li>To oversee the maintenance of aircraft, power plants flight system, parts and assemblies for repair or overhaul</li> <li>To manage both line and base maintenance</li> <li>To ensure the start to finish for the quality, efficiency, cost and on-time delivery of each project within the set targets and parameters</li> <li>To ensure workplace safety and prevention of damages to customer’s and client’s property</li> <li>To ensure the company maintaining a library for EASA / FAA regulations, Aircraft Specification and other technical data necessary for the repair, overhaul, or maintenance of aircraft, accessories and the appliances for which the repair station is rated</li> <li>To enhance service level for maintaining the retention of the base maintenance customers</li> <li>To maintain employee satisfaction by creating a positive work environment, job satisfaction and training opportunities</li> <li>To carry out financial management of maintenance including capital expenditures, forecasting, budgeting, audit follow-up and expense management</li> <li>Any ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the company</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 10 years of working experience in aviation industry (preferably holding / held certification privileges)</li> <li>With experience in Planning, Financial or Project Management, preferably in business aviation</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and project management skills</li> <li>Exceptional leadership skills</li> <li>Able to work under pressure and independently</li> <li>Able to work in a multi-cultural environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you fulfill the requirements please email a copy of your CV to <a href="mailto:neil.engerran@jet-professionals.ch">neil.engerran@jet-professionals.ch</a></p>
