Airline Maintenance Daily Operations Manager

<p>Zenon is currently recruiting an Airline Maintenance Daily Operations Manager to work permanently with an established European Airline at their facility in Eastern Europe.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Executing and the continuous monitoring of the airline’s fleet technical status, ensuring highest possible safety standards, operational cost, disruption management and satisfactory maintenance performance;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Accomplishing and coordinating daily operation of Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) and Short-Term Planning (STP) to streamline Line Maintenance activities;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Provide leadership and direction to MCC/STP teams ensuring that they are motivated, capable and resourced to achieve performance objectives consistent with the company values in a safe and cost effective manner;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Process management optimising On-Time Performance (OTP) according to company Key Point Indicators (KPI) including TDR, Deferred Defect and MEL rates, identify and introduce areas of improvement that contribute at maintaining agreed levels;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Critically analysing aircraft technical reliability in conjunction with key maintenance personnel to ensure maintenance results and development of company standards;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinating and overseeing safe, efficient, in-depth troubleshooting and rescue effort during AOG recovery;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Systematic control and improvement of AOG processes including weekly evaluation report/meeting for preventive maintenance and follow-up actions;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Maintaining a 24/7 on-call availability to provide high-level of technical support, guidance and advise to MCC, STP, Flight Crew and Line Maintenance;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Administering efficient communication to senior management in case of technical related disruption;&nbsp;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinating with aircraft, engine and component manufacturers to improve and resolve identified reliability problems for aircraft maintenance. Active participation to Airbus FAIR ISP as validator and AirmanWeb as administrator;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Negotiate and administrate under ISGHA contracted 3rd party maintenance suppliers, approve, query AdHoc invoices and maintain industry standards;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Developing new and improve existing practices, policies, procedures and supervision all MCC activities;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assuring effective communication, cooperation and support between TM, MCC, STP, LTP, OCC, Flight OPS and MRO’s;<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Other tasks as required by Post Holder Maintenance/Senior Management.</p> <p>Requirements:&nbsp;</p> <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Technical degree (University Engineering degree)<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Hold or held an EASA Part66 B1 or B2 Licenced<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Fluent English knowledge (both spoken and written)<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;A320 and MCC experience is an advantage<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Proven leadership, human management and communication skills.<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Quality and detailed orientated without compromising safety, cost awareness and efficiency.<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Good knowledge of IT systems (AMOS, MS Excel, Outlook, etc.)</p> <p>To apply for this position, please send your CV, passport and EASA License to kevin,small@zenon.aero</p> <p>All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.</p> <p>Zenon Recruitment Ltd is acting as an employment agency in regards to this vacancy.</p>
