We are now sourcing a number of Technical Training Instructors to support electrical, mechanical and avionic training.</p> <p>If you have an aviation or teaching background and are eager to use your teaching experience to develop aspiring individuals to gain a career in aviation then this opportunity could be for you.</p> <p>Duties will include the development, preparation and delivery of technical training courses, maintaining a high standard of instruction in accordance with current instructional techniques and procedures.</p> <p><strong>The successful applicant will have the following:</strong></p> <p><strong>Essential:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work location Norwich, UK</li> <li>The ability to develop and deliver engaging training for a variety of audiences.</li> <li>The ability to motivate and inspire a group through learning.</li> <li>Communication skills at all levels.</li> <li>IT literacy with a working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Teaching experience.</li> <li>Prepared to work away from base on occasions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p> <ul> <li>QLTS/QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.</li> <li>Experience in delivering aircraft maintenance training.</li> <li>Fully trained airframe, propulsion or a multi-trade/skilled aircraft engineer.</li> <li>High school / College level teaching experience.</li> <li>Either Mechanical / Propulsion Systems or Electrical/avionics background.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <p>Our client believes employees should feel rewarded, valued and engaged so in addition to a competitive salary we offer</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Starting salary of £28-30k per annum, rising dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.</li> <li>Secure permanent position</li> <li>37.5hrs/week</li> <li>Annual Leave entitlement starting at 4 weeks per annum plus bank holidays</li> <li>Life insurance</li> <li>Contributory stakeholder pension scheme</li> <li>Sports &amp; Social Club</li> <li>Cycle to Work Scheme</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>If you think you are ready to take on a new challenge and can meet the requirements above&nbsp;<strong>APPLY NOW FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.</strong></p>
