<p><strong>Quality and Compliance Monitoring Manager</strong></p> <p>We are delighted to be working alongside our client to recruit a <strong>Quality and Compliance Monitoring Manager </strong>to be based in Switzerland.</p> <p>Our client provides a dynamic environment, and requires a committed, team spirited individual, who is forthcoming with new ideas.</p> <p>As a <strong>Quality and Compliance Monitoring Manager</strong> you should have an excellent level of communication with both internal and external bodies, be keen to assume responsibility and with a good level of assertiveness. A level-headed personality is a must, as is perseverance to ensure that you can keep an overview of every situation, even during hectic times. Experience in Helicopters a distinct advantage.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish an independent quality assurance system to monitor compliance of the EASA Part-145 maintenance organization with EASA and FAA requirements</li> <li>Setup the QMM for EASA ATO in the position as Compliance Monitoring Manager and establish adequate system to monitor compliance of the EASA ATO organisation</li> <li>Implementation of an adequate quality assurance and quality audit program</li> <li>Organisation of audit reports, ensuring that any observed non-compliances or poor standards are brought to the attention of the person concerned, requesting remedial and corrective action as necessary</li> <li>Establishing regular meetings with the Accountable Manager to appraise the effectiveness of the quality system.
