About this role

<p><strong>This is a permanent position with one of our well-established clients who deal with high-level and confidential operations, based in Dorset.</strong></p> <p><strong>As a CAMO Safety Manager, you are responsible to the Accountable Manager for ensuring effective Continuing Airworthiness Management in support of all the Company’s EASA Part M Approval.</strong></p> <p><strong>You will be responsible for the following but not limited to;</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Providing effective leadership and support to the CAMO Teams.</strong></li> <li><strong>Management and oversight of all EASA Part M responsibilities and activities.</strong></li> <li><strong>Champion a shared safety vision and culture for all stakeholders, encouraging active participation in continuous improvement, creating positive safety outcomes.</strong></li> <li><strong>Safety First – Promote and embrace the Health &amp; Safety Standards within the Company.</strong></li> <li><strong>Develop and maintain positive and constructive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and customers, as well as relevant Regulatory Authorities.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Ensure the serviceability of operational and emergency equipment by:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>The accomplishment of pre-flight inspections, where applicable.</strong></li> <li><strong>The rectification of any defect and damage affecting safe operation, taking into account, the minimum equipment list (MEL).</strong></li> <li><strong>The accomplishment of all maintenance, in accordance with the aircraft maintenance programme;</strong></li> <li><strong>The accomplishment of any applicable AD, SB, etc…</strong></li> <li><strong>The accomplishment of modifications and repairs.</strong></li> <li><strong>Maintenance check flights, when required.</strong></li> <li><strong>Development and management of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes.</strong></li> <li><strong>Long- and Short-Term Maintenance Planning, including Production Planning.</strong></li> <li><strong>Maintaining the Hangar Input Plan in support of the Part 145 AMO. Development of CAMO Processes and Procedures.</strong></li> <li><strong>Routine auditing of the ERP System to ensure system accuracy.</strong></li> <li><strong>Performance of Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC).</strong></li> <li><strong>Reporting to the CAA any identified condition of an aircraft or component which endangers flight safety.</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This is a fantastic opportunity available for someone who is on the ascend of their career and looking for valuable experience in a young and enthusiastic company.</strong></p> <p><strong>The business has a fantastic family-feel across the entire company.
